Is phone board rental monthly?
Generally, monthly (30-day) rental is common, but we provide various periods tailored to your situation.

Is short-term rental possible?
Yes, phone board rental is available in weekly/monthly units, and you can choose products that suit your needs. Extension is also possible, and existing data is maintained upon extension. However, if the period expires without extension, data will be reset (formatted).

How long does phone board initial setup take?
Initial setup is usually completed within 1 day. We can also provide customized support for app installation or environment setup according to usage purpose, so if you have specific requests, please let us know in advance for faster setup.

How do I access remotely?
We provide access through Windows Key → Remote Desktop Connection (RDP). The most commonly used remote access program is AnyDesk, and you can install and use other remote access programs you prefer.
Some programs may not work properly depending on usage environment and network lines.

How do I apply for phone board rental extension?
You must apply for extension in advance according to the following criteria before rental termination:
1-week rental: minimum 2 days before / 1-month rental: minimum 7 days before. If you apply before the specified period, there will be no problems with extension processing and environment maintenance.

What models are the phone boards?
We currently provide phone boards based on Samsung Galaxy Z Flip series. These are high-performance devices suitable for various app testing, automation work, remote control, etc.

Are the phone boards rooted?
No, all phone boards are provided in non-rooted state. They are maintained in non-rooted state for security and stability, and installation of apps requiring root is not possible.

How many hours can they operate per day?
Phone boards can operate 24 hours a day. They are suitable for customers who need continuous operation for ongoing work or automated services.

Are there apps that cannot be used on phone boards?
Yes, the following apps have usage restrictions:
Apps requiring phone number verification / Apps requiring root / Apps for illegal purposes. Due to security and policy reasons, installation and use of such apps is not possible.

Is phone board testing possible?
Yes, for new customers, we provide a test period within 1 day. During this period, you can directly use the product and check if it suits your performance or purpose.

Is phone board reboot/initialization possible?
At initial rental, devices are provided in initialized state, and during use, we can perform initialization up to 10 times per day upon request. You can select some devices or target all 40 units per request. The cost is calculated per PC (40 units), not per device, at 10,000 KRW per PC. Initialization work is completed within 30 minutes, but remote access may be difficult during the process.

Are all phone boards fixed IP?
Yes, 1 fixed IP is provided per phone board by default. Therefore, even if you use multiple phone boards, each board will have a different IP.

Are the IPs domestic?
Yes, all IPs provided to customers are domestic IPs. We set up fixed IPs using KT home lines among telecommunications companies, making them very suitable for those who want stable domestic access. They work without problems in actual use and are recognized as domestic access by most websites or services.

Is IP change possible during use?
Yes, IP change is possible during use (1 free replacement per month). However, please explain the reason before replacement for review. If you want to change after free replacement, a small fee (2,000 KRW) will be charged. Replacement may take up to 3 days.

How long does IP change take?
It varies depending on the amount of change requests, but general small requests are completed within 1-2 hours, and large change requests may take more than 1 day. If you want faster processing, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate schedules for the fastest response.

Are the IPs fixed IPs?
Yes, all IPs are provided as fixed IPs. IPs do not change automatically during use, which is very advantageous for customers who want to maintain specific IPs for certain equipment or servers.

What is the average IP speed?
The average speed of IPs we provide is around 100Mbps. This supports sufficient speed for general purposes such as web surfing, streaming, remote access, automation work, as well as tasks requiring high-speed data transmission.

Are all IPs different when renting multiple units?
Even if you rent multiple units, we provide different IPs for all devices, with no duplicate IPs. This is suitable for those who want to avoid the same network environment or operate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Are the IPs public IPs? (Can they be checked on the web?)
Yes, the provided IPs are public IPs. If you access Naver on your phone and search for your IP, you can see that each device shows a different public IP. This means they are IPs that can be exposed to external networks.

Are the IPs IPv4 or IPv6?
Currently, only IPv4 is provided. IPv4 is commonly used by most websites and systems, so there are no problems with general use.

Can they be used like VPN?
Yes, if you only want to use IPs, we can help you set up OpenVPN or WireGuard to use the IP like VPN in your desired environment. You can easily connect using the provided configuration file without separate equipment or complex settings and directly use the fixed IP.

Are bulk IP purchases discounted?
Of course. We provide separate discount benefits for bulk purchases. Discount rates vary by quantity, so please let us know the quantity you want for the best quote.

Is refund possible for mid-term cancellation?
For mid-term cancellation during rental period, refunds are difficult for simple change of mind or personal reasons. However, if service is unavailable due to service problems, partial refund or extension may be provided after confirmation. Please contact customer service for details.

What payment methods are available? (Card, transfer, etc.)
Payment is possible through bank transfer and coin wallet payment methods. Cash receipts or tax invoices can be issued upon request, so please inquire before payment for guidance.

Can tax invoices be issued?
Yes, if you send us your business registration certificate, tax invoices can be issued. If requested within the 10th of each month, we will issue them within that month, and they can also be used for expense documentation.

Yes, we provide discount benefits for bulk rental based on quantity. Please let us know the quantity and usage period you need for customized quotes and benefits.

If malfunctions occur, please contact customer service immediately, and our staff will remotely access to check and quickly resolve the problem. Whether it's equipment or network problems, we quickly identify causes and take action.

Generally, technical support is provided within 1-2 hours, and we try to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

How is replacement handled when phone boards break down?
For simple errors, we can handle them remotely within 1-2 hours. If replacement is needed due to device problems, we will set up new phone boards within 1 day. However, when replacing with new boards, existing data is not maintained, so necessary settings must be redone.
