We provide important information that must be checked when using BoardMob service. Please read carefully for safe and smooth service usage.

Service Usage Guidelines

This service is available in weekly and monthly units.

If the contract expires without extension, remote access will be immediately blocked.

Extension Notice Deadline

1-week rental = minimum 2 days before / 1-month rental = minimum 1 week before

Remote control programs must be specified in advance by the customer.

If you change IP during use, an additional cost of 2,000 KRW per unit will be charged. (IP replacement takes up to 3 days from application date, additional time for bulk changes)

If you want to proceed with your own IP, you must request it in advance.

Initial setup requires some preparation time.

Test usage (limited to 1 board) is provided for 1-2 days for new customers only.

If malicious use such as identity theft is confirmed, remote access will be immediately blocked and registered on blacklist with no refund.

Usage purpose must be disclosed before contract, and service use will be restricted if use other than disclosed purpose is confirmed.

Illegal Activities Prohibited

Illegal activities such as spam, hacking, etc. that violate related laws are strictly prohibited.

No Refund for Mid-term Contract Termination

Due to product characteristics, refunds are difficult when service is terminated mid-term.

User Responsibility Statement

All legal and civil responsibility for all user actions (including actions after remote access) lies entirely with the user.

Service Termination and No Refund

If illegal activities are detected, service will be immediately terminated with no refund or compensation.

We are not responsible for disadvantages caused by not checking this notice.
